Alexander Hawke - Operations Director / Co-founder
Alex is an experienced football coach in a voluntary capacity/role deeply rooted in Auckland based clubs. Management of operations for Conference/Championship and grassroots-based teams and has 16 years of coaching next to his name..
Born in Russia and arriving to New Zealand through adoption at the age of 2 means that he is a kiwi through and through. Growing up in a family of 7 from a young age he has always been around football or playing on the field which has created his passion and love of the game now with intentions to share that knowledge to clubs and players.
Now 33, Alex has set roots in Northland and has a passion to see the standard of junior and youth football raised from localized to regional. His international contacts will help in assisting PFE directly/indirectly to grow players and clubs to a level that is acceptable for competitive players and social.

Local to Mangawhai, Jonathan brings 5 years of volunteer coaching at Fencibles and Mangawhai FC and a background in coaching teams since 2002. He is passionate about grassroots football development and a strong connection with the local football community.
Jonathan also has a Ph.D in Mechatronics Engineering and brings business development experience.
